====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 138/2016, instituted under Sections 389 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner charged Rs. 18,000/- to the informant for resolving the land dispute. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the uncle of the informant had filed a case before the International Human Rights Commission and this petitioner, a practicing advocate, is said to have represented informant's side and charged professional fee.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Rajesh Kumar, in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6905 of 2017 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S.
