The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) and (f) of the Excise Act.
Four hundred litres of country made liquor kept in two drums were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.43569 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with C. Case No. 70 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
