The occurrence is said to have taken place on 23.08.2016 and both the parties have lodged cases against each others. So far as the petitioners are concerned, it is alleged that petitioner no.2 gave garasa blow causing head injury to one injured Sushma Kumari, daughter of Dilip Yadav whereas petitioner no.3 and one co-accused Bangali Yadav caught the injured Sushma Kumari at the time of above stated assault. Petitioner no.1 thought named in the First Information Report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. The photostat copy of the injury report of injured Sushma Kumari has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition which goes to show that she sustained one injury on her head said to be caused by hard and

The opinion regarding the aforesaid injury was kept reserved by the doctor but even at the time of passing impugned order dated 26.09.2016, the prosecution could not succeed to bring the complete injury report of the aforesaid injured Sushma Kumari.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S.Case No.74 of 2016.
