The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 500/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner along with other accused persons were apprehended by the police from Freedom Garage. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. From possession of co-accused fire-arm, mobile etc were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73287 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.
