In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 453 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A)(C)(E)(G) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 264 bottles of foreign liquor of different quantity, total 126 litres of foreign liquor and 600 pouches each of 200 ml total 120 litres of country made liquor kept in different cartoon were recovered from the car. The petitioner is judicial custody since 15.8.2016. Looking to the period of custody and the entire facts
