The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 (G.R. No. 5091 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him rather the specific allegation of firing upon the deceased is attributed to co-accused Ravi Kumar. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 28.01.2020.
