Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 354 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have also sustained injury, petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are ladies.
