This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased though it has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is only one injury upon the deceased and two persons have specifically said to have assaulted the deceased. This application for grant bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
