The petitioner, who is in custody since 19.03.2020 seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Three hundred litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was earlier made accused in several cases but he has been granted bail in almost all the cases, which have

It has further been submitted that petitioner has been made the victim of circumstances in the cross fight between one Amrendra Singh, a Panchayat Secretary and the present Mukhiya of the concerned Panchayat.
Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -VII-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020.
