2. Mr. Naresh Dikshit, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 informed this Court that the appellants had already filed Cr. Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 548 of 2025 and the appellants have been granted stay in arrest in connection with Anandpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025 vide order dated 11.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is not maintainable as the appellants have no apprehension of arrest.
4. In view of the above facts, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellants to file afresh appeal if they have not succeeded in the Cr. Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 548 of 2025.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. With the aforesaid liberty, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
