Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that petitioner came in house with bad intention and tried to forcibly commit some crime and on raising her alarm he fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is a dealer and some money was due against her, due to which she has implicated him in this false case with concocted allegation. petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018.

No.68732 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017.
