Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2016 in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 58 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 341 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The basic accusation is of torture and making assault to the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and the accusation is general and omnibus in nature. Moreover, the complainant had died natural death.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like
