JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 The present writ application has been filed seeking direction to respondent no. 5 (Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, Bettiah) to dispose of a representation dated 02.06.2020, filed by the petitioner's son whereby, it has been brought to notice that the Officer Incharge, Manpur Police Station, in the district is not allowing the petitioner to pluck mangoes from his orchard. On perusal of the pleadings on

Patna High Court CWJC No.6232 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 record, it is noticeable that a Title Suit has been filed by respondents no. 7 and 8. It further transpires that certain dispute over cultivation of land during the pendency of the suit was brought to the notice of learned Sub Judge-I, West Champaran. Be that as it may, this Court need not issue direction to the Superintendent of Police for considering the petitioner's representation as the dispute between the private parties is pending before the Court of learned Sub Judge-I, West Champaran.

The petitioner shall however be at liberty to approach the Court below for appropriate orders.

If any such application is made, the Court below shall ensure that the matter is looked into in accordance with law. This application is disposed of.
