The petitioner seeks bail in Case No. C2/514/18, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the possession of the petitioner, it is alleged, 10.800 litres of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered. It has been stated in the application, seeking bail that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the petitioner is again implicated in similar type of offence, the Court may consider cancellation of his bail, if allowed in the present case.

Considering the nature of allegation and submission

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70282 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in Case No. C2/514/18.
