11. 02.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 13.02.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 1117 of 2007 (Tr. No. 976 of 2012) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East) Muzaffarpur.

However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,500/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
