The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the disputes between the parties have already been amicably settled by the process of mediation, as contained in the report of the Mediation Proceeding at Flag-P.

No.22523 of 2022(5) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the report of the Mediation Centre, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
