The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 5.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67802 of 2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.1 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 submits that she failed to take steps as per direction given by this Court in the aforesaid order and makes a prayer for extension of time. Looking to the entirety, the period for surrender of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20911 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 petitioner no.1 is extended by a further period of six weeks from today.
Accordingly, this application for modification stands disposed of.
