This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired from his fire arm causing injury at his palm. For that occurrence a separate first information report was lodged. The present first information report is confined to the recovery of fire arm from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2015. The petitioner is in custody in other cases of serious nature.

However, considering the period already undergone by the petitioner in this case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53284 of 2016 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court with the conditions that both the bailors shall be local residents having immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
