The petitioner seeks bail in Pasraha P.S. Case No.118 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

According to the allegation, 61 liters of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as the driver and conductor of the vehicle disclosed that it was petitioner who put the cartoon in the dickey of the bus. The petitioner was arrested on 24.09.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 2 1⁄2 months.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
