Petitioners are languishing in custody in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.246 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 457/380/511of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that petitioner Subhash Gupta was arrested, who was attempting to commit theft in the school and he disclosed the name of petitioner Sonu Kumar as culprit, who has fled away from there.

The petitioners are in custody since 19.09.2016 and they have stated on oath that they have no criminal

Considering the period already undergone, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-11, East Champaran, at Motihari/Successor Court, in connection with Kesariya P.S.
