Petitioner is accused in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 47(a), 54 of the Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 15.750 liters of country-made and foreign liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized wine. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.07.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48035 of 2016 (3) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.138 of 2016.
