JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No. 199of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he as well as other F.I.R named accused persons snatched bag containing huge amount after assaulting the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Hilsa P.S.Case No. 199 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda stands rejected.
