The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.426 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that Bhagwan Prasad assaulted him on his head, Manoj Kumar assaulted with Farsa in chest and the informant fell down on the ground. It is further alleged that both sons of informant, Mithlesh Kumar and Nitesh Kumar came forward to save the informant thereupon accused Raju Prasad assaulted both sons of informant with Daab. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries found on the persons of Mithilesh Prasad and Niraj fully described in para 9 of the bail petition are simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 8th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.426 of 2018.
