2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 1979 of 2023. The second application for bail was also rejected vide order dated 10.5.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 33708 of 2024.

3. Learned senior counsel Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma has submitted that the trial is not going with satisfactory pace and the petitioner has remained under custody for nearabout 3 years and 8 months.

4. A report was called for from the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22969 of 2025(3) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 regarding the stage of trial which has been received. The report shows that out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, six have been examined. Only the informant and the investigating officer are remained to be examined.

5. It appears that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion. The learned court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months. No date for more than seven days shall be fixed in the present case.

6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure the appearance of the investigating officer and the informant in the court below for recording of their depositions.

7. The office is directed to remit the copy of this order to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna immediately.

8. The defense side is also expected to co-operate the court below in early disposal of the case.

9. With these observations, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
