Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71775 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 537 of 2018 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Patna and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

The petitioner has filed the modification application after approximately three and half years. Thus, there is inordinate delay in approaching the Court for modification of the order. Such attempt made on behalf of the petitioner is an abuse of the process of the Court.

This Court does not find any merit in the present application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
