2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 18.07.2018 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 90 of 2016 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 286 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, by which, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger, has rejected the application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for recalling the FIR named witnesses for their examination as Prosecution Witnesses.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the case record has been disposed off as Acquitted on 15.02.2019 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 90 of 2016 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 286 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
