2. The present writ petitions are covered by the judgment dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.5727 of 2025(3) dt.15-07-2025 3/3 Court rendered in Letters Patent Appeal No. 449 of 2025. Accordingly, prayer is that the writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 449 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the University and learned counsel appearing for Union of India as well as that of Dental Council of India submit that the present petitions of the petitioners are covered by the said judgment.
4. In view of aforesaid, both the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of judgment/order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 449 of 2025.
