JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for appointing the petitioner on the post of Constable in pursuance to Advertisement Nos. 1 of 2004 and 2 of 2004, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-State that pursuant to the directions issued by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009, a fresh Selection Board was constituted and selection process was held afresh, whereafter, the successful candidates have also been appointed, hence the selection process has stood concluded long back, thus no lis survives for consideration in the present writ petition. In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22494 of 2014(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 present writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of efflux of time, hence is dismissed.
