The petitioner is languishing in jail since 14.07.2016 registered under Sections 21(b) and 22(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

From the possession of the petitioner ten sachets of ganja weighing 20 grams have been recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is small quantity and the statement has been made in paragraph 3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Mrs. Renu Kumari, learned counsel for the State, does not dispute the quantum of recovery.

Hence, considering the small quantity of recovery, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016 (G.O. Case No. 9 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Darbhanbga. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) SA/- U √ T √
