2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 (1-B) (I), 26 and 35 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case , a raid was conducted in which illegal country made weapons were recovered from the house of co-accused.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person, this petitioner have been made accused in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24441 of 2024(3) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 alleged occurrence . Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. case No. 87 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
