JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Vijay Shankar Shrivastava, for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. also. The petitioner, Ranjay Kumar, is in custody since 23.06.2016 in Kotwa P.S. Case No.99 of 2016 under Section 413/414 / 34 IPC.

According to the prosecution case on the confession of coaccused person in the case, the name of the petitioner finds place and after searching the house-orchestra room of this petitioner, a motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner could not produce any paper relating to the said motor cycle.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner is in custody since about three months, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
