JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case no. 258 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P. No.2 submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of dispute between the petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife. The dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the petitioner and O.P. No.2 entered into an agreement, which is the part of Mediator's report dated 19.07.2017. Accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4008 of 2017 (7) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 the petitioner and O.P. No.2 decided to lead their conjugal life. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
