The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2016 in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

After Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also the statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C it appears that the victim girl has stated that the petitioner was not known to him but has also taken his name. In view of the discrepancies made in the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40158 of 2016 (3) dt.17-11-2016 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sukum Kumar Manjhi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016.
