No. 6486 of 2009 observed that pendency of the writ petition will not come in the way of the State in making the payment to the petitioner of its bill to the extent the amount due is admitted.
In the show-cause filed, it is pointed out that a sum of Rs. 36,68,347/- has been paid on 26th of May, 2011. In view of the said fact, the order dated 22nd of May,
Patna High Court MJC No.3892 of 2010 dt.02-03-2017 2/2 2009 stands complied with. No further order is required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition. If the petitioner has any other grievance, it may avail alternative remedies. The same is disposed of accordingly.
