This application is directed against the order dated 13.02.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.34 of 2012 by the District and Sessions Judge, Buxar, dismissing the aforesaid criminal revision of the petitioners, affirming the order dated 10.02.2012 passed in Case No.38 (Application) 2006 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dumraon, Buxar, in a proceeding under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, whereunder direction was given to the concerned Circle Officer to remove the encroachment of the second party/petitioners over the land in dispute.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein calling for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of this Court. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
