The petitioner seeks bail in Baisi P.S. Case No. 183/2016 registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Some bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) was recovered from the auto-rickshaw which being driven by the petitioner. It appears that small quantity of IMFL was recovered, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 24.10.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in Baisi P.S.
