The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a), 37(b) of the Excise Act. Country made liquor was recovered from possession of co-accused Kamlesh Kumar and against the name of the petitioner it is mentioned that he was absconder.

Considering the fact that nothing is alleged to have recovered from possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
