This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20B and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

One and half kilogram of ganja was alleged recovered from the shop of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

There is no other material against the petitioner in the case diary as submitted by the learned counsel for the State. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barhara (Krishna Gardh) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court.
