The trial court has reported that the case of petitioner is still pending for supply of police paper. It has also been reported that the petitioner was sent to Supaul jail from Sub-Divisional Jail Birpur on 12.10.2015. The trial court has also reported that even after issuance of permanent warrant and letter to the concerned jail authority, the petitioner has not been produced before the trial court.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.02.2015 on the ground that some firearms were recovered from his possession as well as from his house.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as period of detention of

No.38767 of 2016 (3) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,Birpur( Supaul) in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No. 20 of 2015.
