The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of three months custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20802 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 pending in connection with National Highway Bangra P.S. Case No.11 of 2019 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
