Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409, 20, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail of the petitioner was twice rejected vide order dated 26.03.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3609 of 2019 and order dated 07.08.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48505 of 2019.

Informant in his written complaint has alleged that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 20927 of 2020(2) dt.24-07-2020 2/3 financial irregularities and misappropriation of government money in distribution of scholarship against Nazi-cum-Stipend In-charge in connivance with Manager of Axis Bank who opened the accounts in fake names. Petitioner and his family members are also beneficiaries of fraudulent transaction. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that FIR named accused Murari Paswan who had master-minded the whole fraudulent transactions, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 04.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69288 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2018.

Present petition is also disposed of with same terms and conditions as reproduced below:- "Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on Provisional bail on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018. Once the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.
