The contempt application was filed complaining non compliance of the order passed in C.W.J.C.No.3127 of 2015 whereby the Secretary, Forest and Environment Department was directed to dispose of the revision of the petitioner. On non compliance of the order, that this application was filed. As show cause has been filed enclosing the order passed by the Secretary, Forest and Environment Department, dismissing the revision application. The petitioner complains of delay in
Patna High Court MJC No.2616 of 2015 (3) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 compliance.
Be that as it may, that the order has been finally passed on the revision application this contempt application is disposed of reserving liberty for the petitioner if so advised, to question the same before the appropriate form by filing an appropriate application.
