The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a) For issuance of appropriate writ(s) in the name of respondents to add the six marks which has illegally been deducted from Economics Paper II in the total marks obtained by petitioner and declare him successful in the BPSC 53 to 55th examination wherein he has been left out from the list of successful candidates unfortunately by only one mark.

(b) Further prays issuance of a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16475 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/3 direction in the name of Respondents to reexamine and revaluate the answer book of the petitioner where irregularities are found to be existing in the evaluation as some page of answer book of GS Paper I has remained unevaluated and marks has not been awarded that proves arbitrariness and illegality in the process of evaluation of answer book.

(c) Further prays for holding and declaring that the process of evaluation is illegal because the marks obtained by the petitioner has deliberately been downgraded in order to displace him from the order of merit and by this illegal process 6 marks has been reduced from the marks of petitioner that deprived him from obtaining position in the list of successful candidate by only one marks and further prays for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous,

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
