JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2017 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2, Anil Singh, of this petition has died. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition filed on behalf of petitioner No.2 is dismissed as has become infructuous.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner No. 1, Abhay Kuamr @ Ajay Kumar apprehends his arrest in Siwan Town P.S. case No. 290 of 2015 under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 14.10.2015, the Superintendent of Police, Siwan was directed to get the photographs and signatures on the alleged Power of Attorney tested from the forensic experts

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44826 of 2015 (4) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 within one month and submit a report to this court. In pursuance of the aforesaid, the Superintendent of Police submitted report that allegation made in the FIR is false and concocted. The I. O. of the case was directed to submit final form and to take action under Section 182/211 of the IPC against the informant. The petitioner has got no apprehension of being arrested.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
