The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2016, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of theft of one motorcycle.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the basis of confessional statement and suspicion petitioner has been implicated in the present case and he has no concern at all with the alleged theft of motorcycle. Petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 04.02.2016. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53842 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 nature of offence, the period of custody and also the charge-sheet has been already been submitted in this case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Krishadeo learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015.
