By order dated 28.4.2014 the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not surrender on time.

Considering the same, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.
