The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.596 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that at the early morning on 10.10.2018, Md. Nasimuddin, Md. Shoaib, Md. Shohail, Md. Sakil, all sons of Late Shamimuddin having armed with different weapons came to her house and assaulted the informant, her husband and children. The informant further alleged that they also assaulted her and her children. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prior to the institution of the present case, informant lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74667 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.334 of 2017, Bodhgaya P.S. Case No.332 of 2018. The informant and her husband borrowed money from Md. Nasimuddin and others and for that there is a case and counter case. From the side of the petitioners also, two cases(Annexure 3 and 5) have been instituted. Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are female members and children of family of Md. Nasimuddin, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.596 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
