2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 406/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of a loaded pistol from the petitioner who is in jail since 02.10.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur / concerned court in connection with Samastipur (M) P.S. Case No. 406/2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21928 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 Mansoorchak police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
