JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 13 stolen goats are said to have been recovered from a vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 20.03.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.case No. 39 of 2016.
