Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Parmanand Kumar, learned counsel for the informant/ Opp.Party no.2.

The sole petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 11.01.2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Tr. No.1548 of 2010( arising out of Chanpatia P.S. Case no.38 of 2010).

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have perused the order impugned. Apparently, there is no error in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19764 of 2013 (6) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 order, whereby the prayer for discharge of the petitioner was rejected.

The petition stands dismissed.
